I know I've spelt this out quite carefully, but just for overkill purposes I'll give an example:
Steve Smith tweets about the contest, becomes a follower of my twitter and this blog, and leaves a comment saying that he's earned nine tickets on account of said tweet, following, and comment. He also makes sure to link me to his tweet so that I may verify his claim. I verify, and put his tickets into the spinner. Steve Smith is now entered into the contest!
