Approximately 57 years ago, precisely on the moon in December 1952, started the trend in 3D movie theaters. However, in just two years, that trend had disappeared, mainly because of problems the techniques used. 3D effects are not too impressive, there was only a shadow image when the head moves slightly. In fact, many penontonyang headaches when viewing the 3D impression. At Imax theaters, the 3D effect is still there, but only for short films. No 3D for feature-length films 90 minutes or more. Apparently this condition will soon change. More and more manufacturers and movie studios that produce their new film not only in 2D, but also in 3D format. In fact, Pixar and DreamWorks movie studios adopted as the standard 3D animated them, as in their latest movie and Monsters vs. Bolt. Aliens. 3D film technology and techniques are now much different from the techniques applied in the past 57 years. On occasion this time, CHIP will cover home theater technology at home and their correlation with the 3D movie.
1. This technology formerly nuvision and work with a lens shutter and a projector. Images are projected in turn to the left and right eye. The lens shutter is controlled via infrared and operated with batteries will reduce the light in each eye, especially when an image should not be seen by the eye. Because work without polarization, this technology can use any type of display.
2. The projector displays images alternately through the Z-filter into a screensilver. These projectors will change the light for each eye using circular polarization. Goggles just to pass the appropriate light.
3. A rotating color filter which will replace the wavelength at which the images rotated alternately to each eye. An interference sunglasses will filter out all wavelengths, except those deliberately produced for each eye.
4. Two projectors at once, one each for left and right eye, will send the light with different polarization simultaneously to the silver screen. Glasses only to miss the picture that has been determined for that eye.
