My Office

my two-week dragon-drawing illustration gig has ended.

and i still can't legally show you the dragon.

but it looks like a wonderful world has just begun.

The pitch went terrific. About 5 min before I presented, I was able to incorporate the latest Snooki you had sent through. He loved it...

We just heard back this morning... we've been selected to launch at (Please keep confidential for the moment. It's part of the conditions for presenting)! This is a really big deal. Its the preeminent event for start-ups to present.

Anyway, it means that there'll be a big scramble to get all our stuff finished before the event at the end of September.

Also, the dragon character has turned out better than we could have ever expected. And it's given us tons of new ideas on how to use him.

I wanted to see if you might be open to the idea of coming on board an ongoing basis? We could figure out a part-time thing that had both a monthly salary and a piece of equity.

Is this something you'd be interested in? Drop me a note if you're free this evening, and we can catch-up over the phone.

with any luck i should be able to get myself invited to that censored place above and have some pictures for you. but negotiations of from-home-work rates begin today and the goal is a rate high enough to draw for rent forever.

if all goes as planned, i could be the guy who draws dragons for a living.
